6 Ways to manage your stress levels when you escort

Many people who don’t work in the sex industry will think of being an escort as an easy job right?
Think again, being an escort can be so stressful, you deal with many different types of people and personalities, constantly answering text messages and phone calls, emails and social media responses while taking bookings and then in between you have to shower, eat, clean, washing and redo yourself again and again for the next booking and repeat that all day not too mention live your normal life.
Wow…exhausting. Right?

It’s hard for escorts to switch off from being an escort or to stop being stressed from a hard day’s work and when you have been in the industry for a while it can affect you in so many ways.

I’m going to share my 6 favourite ways to de-stress this can be applied in anyone’s life as well so here we go

1. Exercise

There are so many benefits to exercising not just losing weight but it can help against depression and anxiety refreshen the mind and relieve stress. I recommend doing at least 30 to 60 mins a day you will notice the difference within yourself over time, feel great and look great as well.

2. Therapeutic Massage

A great rub down with beautiful oils and candles is an amazing way to destress and relieve some tension some of my fave massages are the traditional Thai and hot stone massages.
After a long day a massage is perfect to get rid of any aches and pains and make you feel great at the same time i recommend once a week.

3. Contact someone

Sometimes you can get so caught up in work and your life that you’re ‘busy being busy’ breaking work up with some downtime with a friend or family member is a great way to balance your work routine all work and no play is no fun.
So meet up with someone switch your phone off and just enjoy an hour or two with that person honestly you will thank me afterwards.

 

4. Spoil yourself

Every person loves to shop and pamper themselves during work I like to at least go buy myself a nice dress or get my hair and nails done this totally relaxes me and makes me feel good its one of my favourite ways of relaxing.

5. Meditate

I love to meditate before and after work it really calms me and teaches me to be happy within myself, I downloaded an app onto my phone so when i’m feeling some tension i plug my earphones in and turn on my app it’s the easiest and one of the cheapest ways to relax. Some meditation apps you can try are Calm and 10% happier

  1.  Me time

When you are having a rough day and you’re not busy and people are just constantly wasting your time switch your phone off for a good hour or two or how ever long you need to get out of the apartment and go get some fresh air, many escorts will try to persevere but this can make things worse. You can start being negative to clients and your attitude over the phone and in the room can be negative, everyone will pick up on it so it’s best to refresh yourself and take a break trust me this will benefit you and your business and that’s what’s important.
